La Toque invites you to embark on an ongoing culinary journey through the regions of France with our ‘Tour de France: Regional Menus Series’ – a rotating, monthly tasting menu inspired by the country’s most celebrated culinary destinations.
Curated by Chef Ken Frank, each four-course menu highlights a single French region, drawing from its traditional rustic dishes, time-honored techniques, and signature ingredients. These menus pay homage to the regional cooking that defines everyday French cuisine – thoughtfully composed and rooted in seasonality.

These menus offer guests an immersive dining experience inspired by each region’s rich culinary heritage and distinctive culinary traditions.
Offered for $95 per person, this limited-time menu provides a refined yet approachable way to explore the diversity of French regional cooking while maintaining the elegance and craftsmanship that define the La Toque experience.
Due to the nature of this special tasting menu, no modifications or substitutions can be accommodated. As many of these classic regional recipes require multiple days of preparation, some of the ‘Tour de France: Regional Menu Series’ experiences may need to be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Limited quantities are available.
